Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: September 17, 2026

The short version: some links on Glow Lexicon are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. That's how this site pays for itself.

Who we partner with

We currently earn affiliate commissions through links to YesStyle and Stylevana, two specialist K-beauty retailers. Every affiliate link on this site carries a rel="sponsored nofollow" attribute, which is the standard way of marking paid links for search engines.

What commissions don't change

  • Rankings and verdicts are independent. Commissions never buy placement, soften a criticism, or invent a recommendation. If we don't think a product format is worth your money, we say so — on pages full of affiliate links.
  • We recommend retailers, not just products. When we link to YesStyle or Stylevana, it's because they're legitimate, authorized K-beauty retailers with English-language listings — not because they pay the highest rate.
  • No sponsored placements. Brands cannot pay to appear in our roundups, guides, or comparisons. There is no "featured partner" inventory to buy.

What we don't do

We don't run lab tests, clinical trials, or before-and-after photography — and we don't pretend to. Our work is label research, formulation sense, and honest cosmetic framing, described plainly in our methodology. We also never publish invented prices, test results, or efficacy claims we can't stand behind.

Questions?

If anything about our affiliate relationships is unclear, contact us — we'll answer plainly. And if you prefer not to use affiliate links at all, you can always search for any product or retailer name directly; our opinions read the same either way.
